  2. Definition of Personal Information (Web/App)
    1. Through the Website
      1. Raynolse may only collect information that you voluntarily provide through email or other direct contact from you. Raynolse is the sole owner of the information collected at www.raynolse.com. Except in cases permitted by this policy or explicitly approved by you, Raynolse will not sell or rent this information.
      2. If you decide to register with Raynolse and create a user profile, you will need to enter your name and email and create a password. Additionally, you may choose to save your shipping address.
      3. Guest users are only required to provide as much information as is reasonably necessary to complete any transaction they initiate, including email addresses and billing and shipping information. However, unlike registered users who can save their billing and shipping information, guest users' information is not stored and is only used to complete the provided transaction.
      4. Raynolse will use browser session data to save your shopping cart and sessions while browsing the website. Your data is stored only for the duration of that browser session. However, if logged in as a registered user, your activity will be stored by the browser session and saved on a server with your session ID.
      5. Additional network and location information collected may include the type and version of the browser used to log into the online store, language, operating system version, resolution, website operational elements, your web IP address, web browsing information, and geographic location, such as the region included in your account information.
      6. Like many companies, Raynolse collects aggregate information to monitor the use of its website. Personal data is not collected in this process. Typically, this information includes customer demographics, traffic patterns, sales, and site usage behavior. This information is used for commercial purposes to improve the usability, performance, and effectiveness of the website.

Raynolse may also collect personal recommendations through surveys, questionnaires, reviews, or Raynolse's social media channels (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).

    2. When Using the App:
      1. You are given the opportunity to create a "User Profile." At this stage, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, weight, height, age, and in the case of elite athletes, information about their sport and location. Only your email address is mandatory for setting up a user profile. All other information is optional. Raynolse uses your weight, height, and age to calculate calories burned during product use. Therefore, if you choose not to provide this information, accurate calorie calculations may not be possible.
      2. Once a user profile is created, additional information such as the number of logins, dates of login, fitness performance records (calories burned, number of jumps, etc.), and other necessary data will be collected and added to your user profile each time you log in to the app. This also helps Raynolse track how its services are evaluated and continuously improve them.
      3. By creating an account and using Raynolse's services, you acknowledge that information in your user profile, such as your fitness performance records, may be personal, and by providing such information, you recognize that others, including Raynolse, can identify you and that you cannot remain anonymous.
      4. Raynolse's services include a "Community" feature and a "Leaderboard" that display user's performance and achievements. When participating in the "Community" feature, you will be asked to choose between a public or private profile. The default setting for new users is public. However, you must take explicit action to activate a public profile, ensuring that your profile is not made public without your consent or awareness.
      5. For new users starting the "Community," profiles are set to public by default. This means that your workout results (heart rate, calories, number of jumps, duration, etc.) can be seen by anyone, and your Raynolse "Leaderboard" name may also be displayed to other participants. You must explicitly set to activate a public profile. Existing "Community" users who previously chose a private profile are not affected by the new default setting for new users and will remain private unless they choose to change their profile to public.
      6. If you choose a private profile, your workout results will be shared only with people you have explicitly invited. Your workout results will be visible only to those who follow you in public status. Other registered Raynolse users can see your username and your rank on the leaderboard, but they cannot view your fitness performance records unless you approve them as followers.
      7. If you participate in the "Community" feature, you can opt out at any time. You can also set your profile to private and remove other users from your followers whenever you wish.
      8. Raynolse may provide publicly accessible blogs, social media pages, product review pages, private messages, video chat sessions, or community forums.
